Get supportHow do I cancel my subscription?There is nothing to cancel. WashCheck is free, with no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
Who sees my data?We never do — WashCheck has no server. When you tap Check Now, your coordinates go straight from your phone to Open-Meteo for the forecast, and to Apple Maps to find nearby washes. Nothing is stored and no identifier is attached.
How do I delete my account?There is no account to delete. WashCheck has no sign-up and keeps nothing about you. Deleting the app removes the only thing it saves, which is your chosen language.
Why does it need my location?Both features are anchored to where you are: the forecast has to be for your area, and the map finds washes within about 5 km of you. You can revoke access any time in iOS Settings.
Why did it say no when the forecast looks fine?WashCheck recommends a wash only when it is not raining now and there are at least two days ahead with rain probability at or below 30% and under 0.5 mm of rain. A single wet day inside that window is enough for a no.
