WashCheck — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WashCheck iOS app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Vahan Grigoryan ("we", "us", "our"). By using WashCheck you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WashCheck reads the rain forecast for your location and tells you whether today is a good day to wash your car. It also finds car washes near you using Apple Maps.

The verdict is guidance, not a guarantee. Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain, and the car washes shown are supplied by Apple Maps — we do not operate, endorse, verify or have any relationship with them. Use your own judgement before spending money on a wash or travelling to a location.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use WashCheck.

WashCheck has no accounts. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile. The app works immediately on launch, and the only permission it asks for is location.

3. Subscriptions

WashCheck is free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and nothing to cancel.

4. Your content

WashCheck does not accept user-submitted content. There is nothing to upload, post or share, and we store nothing on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; uploading content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights; or using automated tools to abuse the Service.

6. Account deletion

You can contact us at [email protected] to delete your entire account and associated personal data.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in-app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
