Common questions
Get supportHow does Skinly score my skin? You take one face photo a day. An on-device guide checks framing and stillness before the shutter enables, then the photo is analyzed by our backend AI to produce a score, four sub-readings, and plain-language observations. Below a confidence threshold, no score is shown β Skinly explains why instead of guessing.
Is Skinly a medical or diagnostic tool? No. Skinly's feedback is descriptive, cosmetic-language only β never a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a replacement for a dermatologist.
Who can see my photos?Only you. Photos are private to your account (or device session in guest mode), used solely to produce your own results, and never shared with other users or used for advertising.
How do I cancel my Skinly Pro subscription?Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings on iPhone or the App Store subscription screen. Cancelling stops future renewals; the free tier keeps working.
How do I delete my account and data?Delete individual scan or shelf photos anytime in the app. To delete your entire account, contact us and we'll confirm once it's done.
