Common questions
Get supportIs my voice recorded or uploaded?No. All pitch analysis happens on your device in real time. Your microphone audio is never stored and never uploaded to our servers.
Do I need an account?No. VocalArc is fully usable as a guest, offline. You can also sign in with Apple or Google if you want your progress synced across devices — that is the only thing an account does.
Is there a subscription?No. Practice is free and unlimited. There is one optional purchase that unlocks the advanced exercise library, and it is a single payment — nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. If you reinstall or change phones, tap Restore Purchases on the unlock screen.
Will other people see my name on the leaderboard?No. The leaderboard shows everyone under an automatically generated nickname such as "Singer 4821". Your display name stays private to your own profile and is never shown to anyone else.
How do I delete my account and data?Open Settings → Profile and account → Delete account to remove your account and everything synced to it, or contact us at [email protected]. Guest data lives only on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
