Muze — Terms of Service
Effective date: July 9, 2026 Last updated: July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Muze iOS app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Vahan Grigoryan ("we", "us", "our"). By using Muze you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Muze is a music puzzle game. You reassemble a shuffled track by dragging pieces into the correct order before a countdown ends, across genres, with levels, streaks, and a leaderboard.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Muze. You may play as a guest without an account, with limited progress; creating a free account (email, Apple, or Google) lets you keep your progress and appear on the leaderboard. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Free to use
Muze is free to download and play. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or ads in this version of the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; using automated tools to inflate your score or manipulate the leaderboard; or impersonating another person.
5. Your content
Any display name or nickname you choose must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove or reset a display name that violates this.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account and associated personal data in the app (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account).
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted availability or that leaderboard rankings will be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
