Mira — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mira iOS app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Vahan Grigoryan ("we", "us", "our"). By using Mira you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mira is an AI personal stylist. You photograph the clothes you own, Mira's AI tags each piece and builds your private digital wardrobe, then composes and scores daily outfits from it, evaluates purchase candidates ("fit-check"), and gives styling feedback on outfit photos — all grounded in the style profile you provide.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mira. Using Mira requires a free account (email and password). You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free tier and Mira Pro subscriptions

Mira is free to download and use. The free tier includes a limited wardrobe size and monthly allowances of the AI styling features.

Mira Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that raises your closet capacity and AI allowances and unlocks Ask Mira:

  • Monthly: $9.99 per month
  • Yearly: $59.99 per year, with an introductory offer of $39.99 for the first year (paid up front) where available

Prices are in U.S. dollars; equivalent local pricing and taxes may vary by region.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings on iPhone or the App Store subscription screen. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
  • Use Restore Purchases in the app to regain access on a new device.
  • If we change subscription pricing, changes apply only on renewal and Apple will notify you in advance as required.

Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the Service (tagging your wardrobe, composing outfits, fit-checking, styling feedback). Only upload photos you have the right to use. Photos are private to your account and are never shared with other users.

5. AI styling — no professional advice

Mira's outfit suggestions, scores, fit-checks, and styling feedback are generated by automated AI models and are subjective, informational suggestions only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional, medical, or financial advice. Purchase decisions are yours alone; we are not responsible for purchases you make based on Mira's suggestions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; uploading content that is unlawful, infringes anyone's rights, or depicts any person without their consent; or using automated tools to abuse the AI features or circumvent usage allowances.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data, including your photos, in the app (Profile → Delete Account). Apple-managed subscriptions are cancelled separately from your Apple account settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated results will be accurate or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
