How subscriptions work

FoodMood offers an optional subscription that unlocks premium features. The app is free to download; the subscription is billed through your app store account.

How to cancel

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select FoodMood, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage it from the App Store subscription screen.

How to restore purchases

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open FoodMood, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.

Billing problems

Billing and payment are handled by the app store, not by Prometheus Apps. For charges you don’t recognize, check your Apple purchase history first, then contact us if you still need help.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
